You have a true gem of an agent with Monica Gutierrez. She and I met in 2024 to research potential properties. I found an adorable studio/condo, situated on a lake with stunning views. However, I turned down the opportunity to purchase due to the need for updated mechanical issues and improvements. After my beautiful step-mother passed unexpectedly I decided to start looking again for another home. It was a miracle. The condominium/studio was available again, and at the same price WITH ALL the new upgrades, and as an added bonus the building recently installed a steel roof. That was a game changer. I raced to call Monica, and with her knowledge and expertise (and maybe an emotional support system), I am now the proud owner of that condo/studio.
